Gabriel Mahns (MFP 23) discusses air infrastructure and international aviation policy in Fukushima Prefecture.
Last month, Mansfield Fellow Gabriel Mahns was featured in Fukushima Minyu Shimbun during his visit to Minamisoma. Mahns spoke about air infrastructure and international aviation policy to a group of nearly fifty people representing local businesses. Mahns delivered a similar talk on June 4 at a Mansfield-GRIPS seminar in Tokyo, detailed here.
