August 31, 2017 Mansfield Fellow Siri Hakala, who recently completed her Fellowship year in Japan, described her April placement with the Kanagawa Prefectural Fisheries Technology Center in a recent blog post. Ms. Hakala is a biologist with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.
