Alumni Fellow Paper on Japanese Use of Force Published
Alumni Fellow John Wright’s (United States Air Force) research paper on “Japanese Use of Force: Refinement & Normalization Amid Growing Regional Instability,” was published this month as part of the Canadian Global Affairs Institute’s Policy Update series. Major Wright participated in the Mike Mansfield Fellowship Program as a representative of the United States Air Force from 2015-2016. He now serves as Country Director, North East Asia (Japan), Chile and Colombia, Headquarters Pacific Air Forces, International Affairs Division, Northeast Asia Branch.
