Mansfield Fellow Ian Morrison delivers a seminar at Tohoku University.
On May 23, Fellow Ian Morrison (National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration) spoke at Tohoku University on natural disasters in the United States and Japan, how they are monitored, and how they are covered.
